Q:

Help! Trigger Stuck

I have a Condor SS. I have a Maddog stock installed. I was out shooting this morning and after loading found the trigger stuck in a back position. I can open the breech all the way without engaging anything. I can put the safety on and off but the trigger will not move forward with moderate pressure applied. Before I disassemble everything, does anyone have any ideas? If not, is there any helpful advise or cautions on disassembly / reassembly?

Thanks

This may sound silly, but I have had a few issues where my trigger stuck… All I had to do was tilt my gun up or down and recock it and it would return to normal

I took off my stock, then took out a screw located a few inches in front of the safety. I did not see any other screws so I wiggled the bottom plate to see where it was being held. I then noticed that the trigger appeared to be in a forward position. I tried to fire it. It worked. I reassembled the rifle and dry fired it a few times. I do not know when during the disassembly that the trigger moved forward.

Tks everyone. I am busy for the next few nights but will take care of this Wednesday after work. I will post pics

Here is a link to a pic of the trigger group. Hope it helps.

Do not force anything, but apply a little lateral pressure to each side of the trigger. The old trigger had a lot of side to side play. If the new trigger does the same, then something could bind.
It might worth a try before having to take it all apart. If you do have to take it apart, go slow and take a few pics with your cellphone as you take pcs off.
especially of the location of the springs and the sear enguagement.

Sounds like you are the designated beta tester,ie, guinnie pig!

Take it apart. Not to many people have them and know how they work. I haven’t seen one yet.

Hopfully it’s simple and the the start of problems for there new trigger setup.
