help with setup

Good afternoon my friends, I wonder what settings I could use in my talon 18”diameter 4.5 mm to achieve an average speed of 900 fps and about 100 shots with a lead of 10.2 or 10.05 grains …. .. I hope suggestions that can help me please …….
