Here’s Your Air Force 60FPE Pistol/Carbine
I cant really call this a pistol but a definate high powered shorty…carbine.
It’s shooting 43 grn pointed Eun Jins at 800FPS with my modified Condor valve and 12 inch LW barrel for 60FPE
She weighs in at 5.5 pounds and is 28.5 inches in length with Adam’s Wokbutt. Here it is compared to a stock TSS.
I know the next question….How loud is it?
VERY!!! and that is with the stock endcap…
I knocked the sound down about 75%……
Which brought the OAL to 34 inches, two inches longer than a stock TSS.
Going to get some accuracy tests done in between jobs.

Air forces isn’t a pistol either… Think Tony was being facetious at af’s expense for doing nothing substantial and what could already be done with parts we have.
Like those silly AR “pistols” that still have a large protusion but no stock because they need a buffer tube.
Tony, that’s a great job, but it still looks like a carbine. There isn’t much difference between Tony’s gun and the TSS. 60 fpe is awesome, but it’s not a pistol.

I agree… if they made their custom shop like Crosman; they’d be golden.
Everything is interchangeable – so it would be like Dell – taking just a couple of hours to configure a gun for a customer and then ship.
Wanna 12″ 25cal TSS with short bottle – done… they could even offer fries with the order.
A 60fpe carbine, (think 12″ barrell), that’s awesome! I don’t mean any disrespect to Tony. It is quite an acievement and speaks to Tony’s understanding of the AF design. It also underscores the beauty of precharged airguns. Springers can’t even come close and are necessarily heavy to achieve what they do…and of course, they clank like hell too. (Fortunately we have Rob to set us straight about springers. 😉 You seem to have masterd them quite well.)
I makes me wonder why AF didn’t offer a .25 TSS with the Condor valve and enough frame to quiet it down? Probably for the same reason that they have draged their feet on evrything else. I don’t get it. The would sell like hotcakes.
