Just to say hello and soon to be an ed gun owner so will be picking peoples heads currently on rapid forum have two mk1 rapids love the look of the ed gun, I did toy with the idea of cricket but some reason didn’t shine as much

Getting a selection of pellets ordered from pellet perfect next week I’m sub 12 power so thinking 5.50 or 5.51 I may be slightly happier if my other parts had arrived with the fuzzing gun and ails answered to a reason as why not
Hi Paul,
most pcps are accurate and I’m sure your matador will be no exception (once you learn to manage the trigger).
Maybe just needs barrel cleaning or you still need to find the right pellet, most people is happy with JSBs.
On the other hand I have to say that it is difficult for a rapid owner to be blown away by accuracy of other airguns.

Well matador arrived yesterday happy days had a quick plink in the garden at 40 yards all good not blown me away on accuracy but needs running in so to speak getting 5p groups with 10 shots…. Did any you guys order extra bits did you get them delivers seperatly, as extras I ordered didn’t come yet

Some Edgun-related observations:
Many shoot a bit fast and can use some speed adjustment; punch some paper, chrony and see.
Careful loosening and tightening the bolts-do not over tighten them as they’ve been broken off by many on this forum.
JSB Match pellets seem to perform best. The Benji Domes have been unpredictable lately, too many crappy lots.
:hoot: prowls this forum. As you can see, he has amazing sources of information which includes world news briefings he gets from his dog, drone surveillance, and reading chicken heads (locally raised/harvested) in the fashion of traditional psychics. He’s also a good source for practical information, having taken apart many a gun. Many of us are hoping Hoot: will get his Leyla, which has to be near the top of his “bucket list”. The excitement might kill him, but he has recovered from death before.
Wingman and Ernest know nearly everything about these guns and have posted really helpful info. In the states, Ernest can help with parts (and mods) along with Ed’s rep., Tony.

Blow-Low was just released from a Indonesian prison after serving five years for having sex with a red ox in public, while very intoxicated. (the ox was drunk…)
He’s just starting to post again after coming to America to receive government funded “Rectal Reassignment” surgery to correct damage from his prison stay!

He doesn’t know squat about airguns. He just started the hobby. He said he really “got off” running (small wonder!) but sometimes the Viagra wore off and then he had to crawl home, so he has changed his interests to Edguns.
