Hi Flo tank dump.. Holy sh..

I was shooting my SS with striker weight and hi flo tank, 18″ .22 target practice. I use a frame extender tube with alumi end cap that is about 3/4 inch long, that is a compressed fit at the end. It had to be forced in using pipe clamps, so it’s in super tight.

At about the 4th shot.. KA BLAM!. It scared the shit out of me, like a bomb went of right in my face. SO loud. My whole block must have heard that, and beyond. Dogs barking everywhere. My next door nieghbor easily heard this from inside his house, and came running out to see if I was OK.

The end cap flew out of the tube, and shot across the entire yard smacking the back cement wall that seperates the properties. There was a hiss as the remaining air left the bottle, but it let almost all of it’s charge out in one shot!

Another time the entire frame extender tube shot across the yard hitting the back wall with huge bang, I took the bottle to Mac1 Tim, who sent it to AF to be looked at. Got it back, so far so good, but damn hope I don’t have that happen again! I figure the valve gets stuck open or something? Anyways, 1st time for me, and hope it’s the last!
