Q:

hi flow valve.

just wandering if anyone has any technical drawings of a hi-flow valve available as i would like to have a go at making one, ive removed and had a good look over my current valve and it seems like it wouldn’t be to much of a major issue to machine one up so any info would be greatly received.

Make what you come up with on your own. Copying others work is not going to teach you as much as doing it yourself.
Build one, test, adopt or adapt each change as it shows merit.

As to anyone sharing technical drawings? good luck with that

Make it a one piece stem and dispense with the threading.
Go with a 0.100″ tophat gap for starters
