Hi i’m new. is this what I need to be the quietest?
I just ordered a .22 talon ss pcp package, and I did so because of it’s quieting down abilities.
I plan on shooting at low velocities, 500-600
I need to order a lightweight hammer, but will this zap my power when i want to turn up the gun?
I need to send it out for polishing
I need to do the washer spring mod
do I need a ported shroud, if so can I do this myself with a drill press and stock parts?
Also, will I need a shroud/modifier/whatever you want to call it. You know what i’m talking about. I was looking at GTBJ’s stuff if he’ll make me one. I still need to contact him, but if it’s just a cosmetic part or doesn’t do much, I don’t want it.
I NEED to be SILENT like super crazy special ops quite. Key hole shots from a window, I have a flock of sparrows to assassinate because of my neighbors former contraband bird feeders.

Would I still be able to take down opossum, raccoon, or fox sized animals with the lighter bolt? I change out the spring too right?
I don’t always want to shoot at 500, just when i’m trying to be quite.
Is there any way to be more quiet than a staple gun? I’ve read some people use both the spring shroud mod, and a modifier.
Could I wrap the valve in dynomat, or use sound proofing material in the spring shroud? (provided it doesn’t fall apart and can absorb air)
Also in the quieting down thread with all the pictures, does anybody know how well the nice machined baffles worked? I have a desktop lathe that con hold 1 inch stock. I suck, but it looks easy enough
with the tss i dont have a tss i have a condor but you can do the spring,washer combo i guess it works ok
or you can get a small shroud from Tony or GTBJ both work well and i am sure it will be silent
with my condor i can shoot in the yard and the neighbors only thik i am using a staple gun
minus the tank ping
but if you send the gun to tony he can do the hammer slap mod too u loose a tiny bit of velocity but if you only looking to shoot in the 500’s it will be just fine plus sending it to tony u can get all the other stuff done u mentioned
