Homemade Airforce Valve Tools

Hey guys, just thought I would share a cheap DIY set of valve tools for the Airforce rifles.
Parts needed for impact socket;
1 County Line Set Collar 1 1/4″ Dia. 2 pack SKU# 119513399 Tractor supply Co. $5.29
2 1/4″ Length of black pipe 1 1/2″ ID
1 1/2″ black pipe plug
1 1/16″ nut
1″ long bolt 3/8″ (Grind end to fit valve hole)
Instruction steps;
1) Weld the 2 1/4″ pipe to set collar
2) Weld the pipe plug to top of pipe then grind plug so the nut will slip over the end
3) Weld nut to pipe plug on top and bottom
4)Grind the end of the 1″ 3/8″ bolt to fit valve hole
5) Use a 1/2″ drive 1 1/16″ socket on an impact gun to remove valve

Parts needed for valve wrench;
1 County Line Set collar 1 1/4″ dia.
5″ Long SS bolt 3/8″ (grind end to fit valve hole)
Now you have a set of valve tools for the Airforce rifles. The impact socket makes valve removal way easier the first time removing your valve, after the first time all that is needed is the valve wrench. You may need to heat the valve threads the first time. I used a Harbor Freight heat gun the first time and have not needed it since. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR TANK IS COMPLETELY EMPTY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE THE VALVE ! IT WILL HURT YOU IF NOT EMPTY !!!!!!!
