How did you find us?
Another post made me think to ask this, how did everyone happen upon our little kingdom here? Or how did you happen to find tog if you were there back then?
I googled “airforce condor” because I figured that would be a common entry for anyone looking to buy an airforce gun, and talonairgun.com wasn’t until over halfway down a page of 100 that I found a link here.
I personally have no idea how I found tog when I first joined, I guess it was probably over google. I do know I regret ever finding it though. 😆 😉

I bought a winchester 1000x at a sporting goods store while on vacation in Idaho. The guy sells me the cheapest daisy pellets made, tells me it will drive tacks at a hundred yards, and i’m all set. I was dissapointed to say the least in the fifteen pound trigger, among other things. A year passes in the gunsafe, i start tinkering with the trigger and looking for info and i find a way to spend lot’s of money on the yellow forum. A few months later i click on the TT link and after lurking for a few weeks found Lama showing his new puppets. I was home. Thanks Lama. I spend too much time here but it is damn fun. 😀

I really don’t remember how I first came about the TOG; probably a Google search…But lama, why do you regret finding it? Was that a rhetorical statement or for real?
reading the Pyramydair blog by BB Pelletier AKA Tom Gay LOrd about the AirForce Condor. Got hooked on the BB blog and he referenced something to the Yellow forum. Reading the Yellow forum found Talon Tunes and the 850 Reource. Was having problems with the 850 so stayed with the Yellow forum and 850 Resouce. Not having a Talon Took awhile for me to check it out ❓
Then I bought my condor and saw the Talon on the Yellow and here I am.

I had recently found tog, asked a question about were something was that I had already found and read and got the old “use the search” from some ass hole, decided I wasn’t going to post any more just read. a wee bit after I saw someone else ask a question and I saw it was his first post, he then got the same ass hole answer from one of the mods and I kind of lost it on him, Wok, Lama, a few others, hell even old yeler all welcomed me and told me to be careful about saying “wow” I guess it was some type of trigger in the old days.
after getting pissed off that I couldn’t find things I had already read, I clicked on talon tunes, started looking around and wile drooling somehow saw a new link to this place, the rest is history.

I think I clicked a link on the Yellow right about the time I was sick and fed up with my SuperStreak, and ready for a real gun.
A couple of years ago I was looking for a PCP airrifle with some kick to it, to complement my hw97k, and ran into the AirForce website. The Condor looked pretty interesting considering the many addons one could put on it, so I started looking around for other people that had one. I found the TOG and was amazed at all the stuff people had been doing to their AirForce rifles. I was convinced I wanted one, so when a secondhand Gunpower Shadow with extras came up for sale locally I jumped on it.
And that’s how I got the addiction 😆

Wok got me hooked from the Yellow.
I entered the search terms “talon air gun”but I forgot the spaces and found you. I lurked for a couple of months and then joined when I read about the 1000th member thing, missed it by three!
