How do I bore out a 9mm shroud ideas plz

Ok so I have a 9mm kalibrgun I have clipping issues with shroud whitch deformed couple baffles the kalibrgun shrouds r one piece I know I can torch it to break loose the epoxy and drill them out individual but wondering if someone knows a better way bit of sorts that will attach to my drill
