How do I change email address in TAG?
No can find in google search. Tried changing several times. Keeps reverting back to the old address. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure your calculator was up to the task? 😆
Check that e-mail is check to “always show” about half way down the page.
Don’t know if this will help, but it worth a try.
Changed email account, retyped password, got my calculator out and answered the math question 😉 , and hit submit. Went back into profile and the old email was still there. :banghead:

You have to input your password once and answer the math problem.

sorry I don’t remember exactly but before submitting, check to see if your password needs re- entered.
WOK and Tony helped me get back in a at one point.
Click on “profile” up towards the top of the page, on the right side of the screen.

My email address updated just fine, but it also locked my account. Thanks Adam for getting the issue resolved for me, and thank you to whoever fixed it!
