Listen to Buzzcat. I got impatient and burnt up 2 pumps. As far as I know the gauge on the pump is good enough. At least I hope so, it’s all I’ve ever used.

It’s very simple.
1) Screw in fill adapter to pump (hand tight only).
2) Screw on tank and tighten the bleed valve
3) Start pumping and take a break about every 75 pumps
It will take probably 500 or so pumps on the first fill and about 75 per fill after that. Until you get above 1,500psi it will feel like you are not pumping anything but will get harder to pump from there.

Edit: If you want power, set the power wheel high and fill to around 2,700-3,000psi. If you want shots per fill, set the power wheel low and fill to 2,400-2,600psi. You will have to do some experimenting to find what you want.

Just screw the tank on the pump (with the adapter that you should’ve ordered) and get ready for a workout. But go slow, take a break every few minutes to let the pump cool down. This is super-important to remember… go slow, otherwise the pump’s gaskets and internals will overheat and you’ll literally kill it, rendering it permanently inoperable.

The first fill is the worst, exercise-wise. After that you’re just topping it off after every 30-40 shots or so.

Fill to about 2800 or so, give or take a hundred.
