how to hold camera steady?

hi

I’ve seen many nice videos such as Edgunusa and the scope video is so stable. I’ve tried many time with bench rest, but still shacking a lot.

can anyone help?

Are you able to shoulder the rifle? My camera setup was very far back on the gun and I had to stand behind gun to see what I was looking at and was not able to hold it very steady.
