How would one machine these baffles?–>

OR are they molded?
OR an elliptical washer thingy glued inside?

You could also take a solid piece of round billet and machine a triangle section out of one side then flip it over and machine one on the opposite side but moved down a bit so the bit that remained would be your angled baffle. Then just keep repeating all the way down till you have the length you want.
