Q:

HPA tank question

What’s up guys…I’m getting my matador in a week or two and I have only 1 means of filling my rifle…I have a scuba tank that I used to booset off of for
My paintball tanks…now that scuba tank holds a 3000psi fill and it’s about thigh high….now my paintball tanks hold a fill of 4500psi but the tank size is only 45 cubic center meters…I could fill my matador from my paintball tanks but won’t get too many fills because of the cubic size of them….my question is I see pictures of some of you guys having a fill tank that’s probably the same size firemen use for their oxygen…we’re can I buy one of these fiberglass wraped tanks, only reason I ask is because I know my paintball tanks are made the same way the bigger tank is and their made to be light….the scuba tank I have UNFILLED weighs about 30 pounds, and I can’t lug that around with me.

Both supply a fill assembly that screws onto reg similar to remote hose to paint all gun but with bleed off block and higher pressures hoses.

Really!….that’s good news than, cause I have 2 tanks…one is a 45/4500 and another is a 50/4500 so I should be good than…I just know even tho my little tank is at 4500 I can still get more fills from my 3000 psi tank because of just the size difference…..now what do you use for air transfer?

Ninja and Joe B sell 3k output regs and fill assemblies for paintball tanks .

You should be able to recharge your matador a few times from your 45 ci(i believe you meant ci and not cc tank). I use an old paintball 90ci tank (4500)in the field and can fully recharge my 22 long to 200 bar 4 times and a couple more less than full charges.

Appreciate it guys..didnt know they were that much…but then again my little paintball tank was $200

I bought mine in Dec from Joe B. Great guy, answered all my questions.
