HST adjustment / stock regulator setting
I’ll try and keep my story brief. I disassembled my Edguns .22 trigger kit, polished the sears and all. After assembling everything I was getting around 720 fps with JSB 18gr. I went a head and increased the HST to 900 and here are my results. The rifle has taken 500 shots. I was told the rotor orings in the regulator are failing. I have since ordered a degassing tool and regulator setter tester. Just trying to see if I can do anything in the meantime to correct this with the current 130bar manufacture setting.
I have also read that the best results is to set the reg 120bar and 880-890fps.

For all practical purposes, if the gun is shooting off the regulator with no leaks, your curve should be very flat with no peek/valley other than the spread/deviation of the regulator accuracy.
The curves you posted are more arched than a typical curve from my Air Force CondorSS .25 on a typical 30 shot string. You are getting no help from your regulator it appears. Once you rework the regulator, it will be evident from the first few shots.. velocity, whatever it is should be consistent until pressure drops below the regulator set pressure, then velocity will drop off rather quickly.
I have completely disassembled the rifle once before but never the regulator. After more research I found out that when you reinsert the regulator into the the air cylinder, I must be careful not to pinch the outside o-rings and that’s what I believe could have happened. I’m almost certain that’s the problem now that I remember some play and forced the reg down.
So my next question is, once I inspect and replace the o-rings, can I shoot a shorter string to evaluate?

…or you have setted low speed. Try to set with HST velocity about at least 860 fps and you will see if bell curve disappear. If you can not set let say 860fps with 200bar in airtube you have problem with regulator as shooter3 described.
Looks like a shot string of a typical gun without regulator. You have that visible peak. I would test the regulator.
I might be wrong…but its do not look like a reg problem. When you did your trigger work, di you remove the airtube from the gun? If yes, when put them back…..did the oring/brass ring were put back between the reg and air transfer port?

I have done so in the past just figured this will be helpful on all my Edguns
Some time back I posted how to make your own degassing tool for about $10. I find that the dg tool (my design or any of the others) is well worth the effort. At this point I don’t think I would attempt to dg with out one. Either way lowering the internal pressure before degassing is a smart move.

I’m not sure about the .22, but my .25 is extremely loud to degas. The first time I did it, it scared the living shit out of me and made my ears ring. Now I make sure I shoot the gun to 100 bar or below before I degas. I don’t own a degasser but I’m not sure if it would help… The air seems to want to come out all at once no matter how slowly I apply pressure to the hammer with my screwdriver shaft.
Not sure about the Edguns, but the degasser that Earnest sells for the cricket is very nice and it gives you good control over the release of the gas. You can bleed it nice and slowly. If you are degassing to the point it’s hurting your ears, you are in danger of blowing a barrel seal if the bolt is not locked in the closed position.

You should do a full string from 200b to 100b, log the pressure every 10shots so we can take a look. Might be as simple as hst adjustment.

Thanks that’s what I figured but thought I can do something in the meantime. I’ll post results once I receive the tester.
Firstly, you should check your regulator for consistency. You have a tester so you should be able to do it easily. Just execute a couple of simulated shots and check if the gauge’s needle returns to the same position.
