HST adjustment
Last month I turned down my regulator from 130 to 100 bars hoping to reduce the speed to 800 fps. However, the gun was shooting 920 fps consistently for almost a whole tin of JSBs. Then all of a sudden one day I heard the noise level dropped and shot it over the chrony. It was now shooting 800 fps consistently. Given that nothing has changed. HST adjuster did not move. Today I decided I want to keep it at 890 fps a few CW turn and now my gun is shooting 1000 fps. When I had my gun at 130 bars it was impossible to get it shooting more than the low 900’s. Not sure what’s going on with the regulator. Is 100b too low to set on this gun and is the the sweet spot between 115-130b?
This is for .25 R3M STD

What pressure are you guys setting your reg’s at for 890-900 fps w/ the .25 ? I’m thinking of turning my regulator down after another tin of pellets. I know “each gun is different” but I’d like to know where I should start.
