Huben K1 showed up today
I shot a bunch of 18.1’s at about 895fps and got 5/8-7/8″ groups at 20 yards, not bad for an old guy like me. I also shot some 34gr JSB Beasts at 895fps and they did the same. One click up made 905fps for 62fpe. There is still more to go. Regards, Tom

I love my Huben!! I’ve had it for a month and a half now and I am addicted to the on the fly adjustable power (70 to choose from) especially the semi auto feature. I have gone through 1,500 JSB 18.1’s. I can shoot a squirrel minimum of five times before he goes down lol. I have not touched my A Arm, Edguns and Cricket since I got it. Well I tried shooting the Edgun once but the thrill of a semi auto especially on a moving target is like having an orgasm haha. It takes more time to load than shoot. This Huben is super super quite. Crank up the power kaboom super loud!!!
Mike at Mrod is a great guy. Alsways takes the time to answer my idiotic question lol. Sometimes it may take time but I’m patient ;).
One wonders at sites that remove unflattering threads. If that’s the case, the impression I have is that SSS aren’t being protected, but are being lost as people become disaffected of the site, and move on.

In actuality the $$ is being protected. Sure the site has a bit less traffic, but those who do not get to see the damning post they still spend the $$ with the vendor and they get ripped. With quick “damage control” (removing the posts) there are plenty of members who never even see the post……..until they come to another forum like this. Hence the reason I put up replies like this. I usually mention MRodAir in the reply too so that search engines have an easier time picking up on it.
Well crap! After reading of the accuracy issues had by a Huben owner over on Airgun Nation, I was optimistic about the owner who posted on the Yellow. Now I’m reading this thread after that guy’s gun was sent back to MrodAir. It seems the K1 was not designed with the American shooter in mind. It’s powerful, a semiautomatic, relatively compact, power-adjustable. But it’s not accurate in our familiar sense of the term. What were they thinking? They skimped on the barrel? BTW I know airgunners from other countries are as highly interested in airgun accuracy too, so no offense intended. It’s just that MrodAir stated it waited until the accuracy issue was sorted out before shipping the guns. Now this. Maybe it’s not just the gun but also customer support? I’ve been down that road three times now, and it’s a real pain trying to get things sorted out in an acceptable manner.

The first gen of any of these guns is the bleeding edge but it is always the customer who bleeds. Some folks just have to learn the hard way. :angrymob:
Shoot at 50 yet?
Guy on the Yellow was having trouble with his at distance. He posted that MRodAir told him to return it. He did as told and now 3 weeks later he is unable to get MRodAir to return any of his phone calls or emails.
He posted about it on the YELLOW and then by some odd mystery the POST DISAPPEARED. He did say that he contacted the BBB in Arizona. Funny the lengths some site will go to protect their $$$$$$ even if it means having AirGunners getting screwed in the process.

I’m holding off doing the 50yd groups until my glasses show up, about 9 days from now. I just had double cataract replacement in the last 5 weeks. It just loves the JSB 34gr beasts, they fit perfect in the mag. Regards, Tom
Cool to see a semi-auto bullpup on the market but are they still advertising it as a “no service needed” gun (aka, non-serviceable)? 19 shot mag is nice but the idea of a fixed mag sucks. 19 shots would go by really quick with a semi-auto. Based on the video I’ve seen it complex as hell. I personally would hate to debug any issues with one.

as an unofficial member of the peanut gallery, I’d like to see some groups too. These guns have new barrels, per MrodAir, and it will be nice to see them validated by an owner. So I’m also asking for pictures of groups , at distance (and start-fill and end-pressures,shot count, and most accurate pellet used). Is the gun meeting your expectations? I hope so because it reads like an amazing air gun, but field results are few.

Please make a video and post pics. If you film yourself shooting a Target at 50 then great. Otherwise no One is going to believe you..
