Q:

I can’t believe they screwed up another order

Those triangle air people, not to defame their real name. There was three items on my order. I called first. They checked stock, all three items in stock. Ok two day shipping, I’ll get them Wednesday, NOT. They started filling my order and one part wasn’t in the bin. So they hold up the order.
Now I’m gona git them a day late and a part short. think I’ve heard that before. I’ve ordered four times in the last month. Something went wrong with 3 of my orders. We’re lucky their’s more than one vendor. Is this happening to anyone else

Pellets my friends. They will for surely mess up on that order and you will get free pellets…I have made out really nice with PA. 😀

I’ve paid the 5 extra a couple of times. Never once have they actually honored it! 🙁

But at least I do get it. Still waiting for a In Stock order from AOA. Over a month now!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, your order doesn’t get processed and sent out on the day you place the order unless you pay the $5.00 fee for “same day” service. Doesn’t matter if you order off the website or by phone, without the $5.00 fee, your order goes in line behind all the others that are waiting.

“2 day air” just means it’ll arrive two days after they get around to picking and packing your order… and it seems like it takes them three or four days for them to do so on average, depending how busy they are.

I would have to say every order from those knuckle heads has been f-ed up one way or the other, they think they have a monopoly on the market and don’t care as much as they should.
I won’t order from them unless I gotta 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄

I had the same thing happen to me when I ordered my condor!

I never call them to place an order. If it says “in stock” and I order and it comes up not “in stock”, then I call and CANCEL the order.

I never waste my time believing them when they say, “Yea we got em”. They dont know until the pickers go to fill the order. Basically thier inventory system sucks. They dont electronically move product in their program until the order leaves the building. So what they see on screen isnt reality in the warehouse.

They are the only place Ive ever ordered from that says “in stock” when they arent. I hate thier weekly updates to availability too. I think they heard enough about it, thats why it says September for kodiaks now.

Pretty common practice from PA for me. Pellet packing has improved 1000% though.
