I Fricking hate Pyramyd AIR
Ok, I made the decision to order a Condor today. I called Pyramyd Air, spoke with Justin, and asked right off the bat, “CAN YOU STILL SHIP TODAY”? His answer was yes, but, he mumbled something about “noon” but he would make it happen. Fine, done.
I just on a whim called back and gave customer service my order number and they told me it was NOT shipping till Monday. Now I am pissed so I ask for Justin and tell him I want to cancel the order because I was told it would ship today. Fucker put me on hold for 10 minutes so I called back , told my story to someone else and got the order canceled.
Then I got an email that said this:
Please forgive me for your last attempt to place an order with us. For the problems I caused you, please give me a call back anytime to redeem a 10% discount on your next order. This is redeemable for anything on our site except for Air Force, Air Arms, and/or Benjamin Discovery.
Notice the first item listed is AIRFORCE!!!
Screw them, Where are you guys ordering from? For me it wont be Pyramyd anymore!!!

My experience with pyramid has always been they do not ship for at least 2-3 days, if you go for free shipping, they put it on a snails back !!

They are slow to process shit, gotta think ahead with those guys.

Still, you can’t beat PA as far as deals on pellets go.
I’ve had to wait as long as six months to get in the panties of some chicks I had the hots for. Wine & Dine ’em……. act like a complete gentleman… you know the deal. 😉
But I couldn’t wait one fucking second for my Condors to get here.
Same prob here…I sent an Email and then called them the next day bout noon…After a 8 minute wait I spoke with a nice lady named Lisa who assured me the package would be shipped that eve(Tues)…No mail…no mail…no mail…Finally Wed night I get the mail saying it’s been shipped…I got to set here today and stare at my new glass(optics planet), new ass(Wokbutt), got a PM from Sharp saying my order is complete, got my tophat adjusted, Im ready to rock but ive got no fucking rings and adapters cuz Pyramid sat on them Fri/Mon/Tues/Wed…Now they will be here tomarrow while im at work and it’ll be at least a week before I get to shoot her..I damn well know It’s petty shit to get pissed about but it still chaps my ass..
With Pyramid air it takes 2 days from when you order for them to send it out.
That can drive you crazy if you order on a Fri.
But we’ve all got a “Microwave Mentality” these days.. Dinner? stick it in the Nuke, you’re eatin’ in 60 seconds. TV? Sling through 200 channels on the remote.
And that mentality is translated to the Intertubes on the merchant side…. click “Buy It Now”, and expect it next day.
Not knocking your purchase experience or your opinion of PA, nor am I touting PA.
But this is a great example of how we’ve become a “I want it NOW and FAST” society these days, and when that “Now and Fast” doesn’t happen, we get frustrated, and then we’ve got the internet to bitch about it.
Did our parents and grandparents get that pissed off when their 150 pound black-and-white 19″ TV was slow to deliver in 1950, even though they had to half-way mortgage their lives to get one?

The both are good to deal with and can give you the info on what you need to fill it.
