I need a valve wrench for the collar on the bottle/valve

Folks,

I need a collar wrench for the Condor valve. The one with the handle mounted on a ring, that slipls over the collar, with a hole drilled for a stud that inserts into the hole in the valve collar assembly.

I thought about just buying a threading die wrench, but they seem to come in sets with the dies and I do not need the dies.

I have read in the past that someone here makes them.
