Q:

I need help about the Breech Slide

I’m trying to get out the “Breech Slide” , and first, i get out the little screw of the “Collar”, but i can’t move the “Collar”.

Are there Loctite Red to fix the “collar”?
Are there any way to get out the “Breech Slide”?
Can you give me any tip to do it?

Best regards from Spain

And when you re-install, hold the gun up right and give the breach a bit of a toss in and it will pass the sear 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

Thanks to all 🙂 …but there is only one screw. It’s sure. This is a new model (two months ago) .

Any sugestion more?
It’s possible to put off the breech slide in the other direction, as the barrel, hamme…?

Sorry for my english

Thanks

😆 Yes!! This is the usual way. The breech goes out the same way as ther hammer. You will need to hold down trigger/safety when you push the breech over the sear.

As has been said – there Is probably another screw. Mine Is a flat head countersunk and It goes In from the scope rail. Because of the positioning you may find that your scope or mounts are covering It.

Once the screws are out of the collar try threading the tank back on to give you a better grip to pull the collar out.

CS, check for a second set screw, I believe my Condor has two set screws holding that collar in place.
