I need some help!
I need to get the CGA-347 connector threaded end machined to exactly match the Edgun fill probe end.
You’ll need to match the shape and diameters, make 2 grooves for the O-rings, drill the air hole and plug the end of the CGA-347 through hole.
Please let me know if someone has tools and time to do all this.

Well, the steel parts need some darkening to match the rest of charging kit. Any suggestions?

Ok. here is the whole idea. I use original Edgun charging kit (first picture). And I plan to keep using it. In order to bleed I just unscrew the “Edgun” logoed cover.
It is designed for the European SCBA tanks having DIN-300 connector.
However the DIN plug is removable from the body and it has the standand Edgun filling plug on the end (second picture).
So in order to keep using the kit all I need is CGA-347 to Edgun filling plug adapter.
how will you vent it off to remove from the gun?
As long as someone can make it from scratch.
how will you bleed it off?
make it from scratch will be easier than trying to modify that CGA spud

What kind of steel is that? For regular steel, that oxo blue stuff comes to mind and for stainless you could treat it with fumes from muriatic acid… Just a thought, probably not a good one…
