Thanks I just didn’t want to mess up a good barrel how’s the big bore valve coming along

I used to make the .25s a little bigger but ended up just using the same dims as the .22. True not much meat left but never heard of any snapping. Use a radiused tool to cut up to the shoulder tho.
If you still want to go ahead with the bigger size, i found it was best to find an O ring size that best suited and work to that.
