ID and OD of the Talon/Condor frame tube

I hope to be able to order a 22 Caliber Talon or Condor in the near future. Spent the last couple of days on this and other forums figuring out what the gun is going to cost me by the time I get it set up to go.

Either gun will have the 24 In barrel on it. I plan on making my own moderator for it. I have spent a few hours, reading posts, trying to find the ID and the OD of the frame tube that the barrel end cap sits in.

The only link for the demensions, that I could find, would not come up when I clicked on it.
