Q:

im new here?

hi im mark, im from Aberdeen in the u.k, iv got a gunpower stealth .22 and its on its way back to gunpower just now as i just bought it and think its over powered as it seems to have more of a punch compaired to my mates bsa r-10 that he bought brand new last week, so just to be on the safe side i sent it away 1 to get tested and 2 for a general check. i love the gun its so good my mate that bought the r-10, he used to own it and then he got the r-10 and i bought his gunpower so worked out well i had a bsa lightning .22 but didnt like it so traded it in for the stealth which i used before i got the lightning so liked the gun well before i even thought about buying my own gun. it meant to be under 12 foot pounds when i get it back so hope it all goes well, iv got a hawke eclipse 3-9×50 mil dot illuminated reticle scope on the gunpower with bi-pod, sling and 6 inch silencer with 3 inch extension aswell looks awesome i use .22 14.6g FTT domed pellets witch work very well i think but since the guns away it gives me a bit more time to do my homework and buy more for when i get it back. i know this is alot of info but hope to speak to you guys and hope to get alot more info about my gun and hunting in general thanks for reading what iv got to say

Thanks for answering this, being from the states and new myself, I didn’t know how relevant the information was as it seems to have been written around 2003.

Stealth is a 12 foot pound gun for Europe.

this is a newbie question but i really dont know…what’s the difference from a gunpower stealth and an airforce talon,condor,etc..? from the picture they look a lot alike….

I don’t know how good the info is, just one guys opinion I guess. Maybe someone is familiar with this and will chime in.

well they never said how long they would have it but iv been phoning the guy at gunpower and he sounds ok with me very helpfully iv also sent my gun through my local gun shop so if there is a problem it will be up to them to sort it out, yes that’s me from the BSA web site thanks

Hi there I think I have spoken to you on the BSA owners forum. How long have Gunpower said they will have your rifle for? From my experience their customer service is absolutely appalling. You might have been better off taking your gun to your local gunshop to get it chrono’d. As for having it checked over, it’s very easy to strip the stealth, you could have done it yourself : )

Funny you should ask about TalonTunes, thats Anthony266 on this site. Go to the member list and he is the first member 😆
If you can’t email, send him a PM with your question.
There is a link to TalonTunes at the top of the page on the left.

Well consider yourself fortunate…As big as the united states is, it is
hard to find that kind of space to shoot on….

Have you noticed, the people that own alot of acreage/country around here don’t even use it! Non-sportsmen and little old ladies mostly… Just an observation from work customers. Then you got all your farmers, and well, they use it.
