That is clearly a style of gun I’ve not seen before. I keep getting educated here.

Very nice stuff indeed… Should come as no surprise though! I particularly like the scope wheel. I’ve used EZ-Off on a couple of Leapers scope wheels to make my ‘custom’ wheel! haha…

I’ve used several HPA bottles and the one that I feel comes closest to perfect is a 48ci tank. It’s rather short and fat, but not so fat as to make it difficult to get a good sight picture. I sold the tank before MM started making the E-TaC, but I did use the 48ci with a standard AF CO2 adapter and it worked out well, though I thought it was still quite ugly.

HPA bottles are a strange animal. They are all over the place with their dimensions, and they seem to come and go like the wind. Any given day they seem to disappear, only to be replaced by something entirely different.
Id like to say there is a perfect bottle, but no one will agree with that. The shorter the better, as the LOP will be increased (gotta make room for the reg somewhere).
I’m going to look into some bottle dimensions and see if there is one I can recommend. Right now I’ve got the E-TaCREG on a skinny bottle (almost like the Airforce, but not quite) and it is not too long for me (5’10”)
I’ll post when I come up with something.

What size HPA tank do you think will work best with your E-taCreg for overall LOP ?
Also, when you get through punishing yourself doing (testing) give us some velocity numbers.
Already got confirmation from USPTO on my submission. May be able to stop him selling it here, but not in Europe or elsewhere.
I’ll keep busy with the reg anyway.

Had to go get my tank filled to keep shooting the E-TaCREG for HPA tanks.
Can’t do a whole lot with the E-TaC-T-REG until middle of month.
Contacted a well known manufacturer of paintball regs and they told me to go suck eggs…not enough demand. SOOOOOO I may be on my own.
There is someone in Europe who decided to copy the drop at heel of the E-TaC. Bastard! LOL. He’s got too much drop, though, and no cast off.
I’ll get the reg going and bust his butt.
All is fair in love and war.

Sorry, I’ve been extremely busy…that should make you happy, no?
E-TaCREG is very, very, very close to being done.
I’m going to start a new thread for that. I wanted to end this thread by saying thank you to all for the kind words, and answering the questions. For some reason I was not notified there were new posts.
