Installing new top hat??
Do you guys use the hammer to seat the new top hat quick change model? Or another method? Thanks.

Remove the tank from the rifle, with tank under pressure pry out old top hat, add small amount of silicone around new valve
stem. Seat it and center it by hand and then drive it into the valve seal using a rubber or vinyl hammer.
Make sure it is seated all the way.
