Intro – Taipan Veteran Long .22 owner

Hey there . . .

I purchased my Vet from Tony and both he and it have been stalwarts in reliability. I’ve presently got it tuned shooting 23g H&N slugs at around 945fps. The thing is stupid accurate. 🙂 ( lol ) I put a Blackhound scope on it and had a turret wheel made – if I range some critter at X yards – that critter will be very shortly headed into the after life. My longest shot with it yet is 154 yards on a fairly good sized wood chuck. The Vet is currently my “go to” gun for most of my shooting, and certainly for when I head to the local farmers property to help him get rid of some chucks.
