Q:

Is anyone working on a 9mm Condor?

I see that Lothar Walther is working on a 9mm barrel, Since .25 is a 6.35 mm, I assume the 9mm would have superirior FPE and trajectory.

Any word on this? More than a .308, a 9mm seems to fit the high end need.

I was wondering why all of the interest is in 9mm lately and you answered my question 🙂

I’m gonna look at those to see how well a 9 could work.

I own and use several 9mm and .308 airguns for hunting. The 9mm is more difficult to use because pellet selection is more limited. Also, the .308 offers greater penetration and for hunting seems to work better for headshots. For bodyshots I’d probably go with the 9mm but I have always preferred headshots since the energy is limited with the airguns and you can’t depend on overwhelming power or hydrostatic shock to bring down the pigs or deer.
