Q:

Is my reg leaking?

Is it normal to have lube coming out of this weep hole? New gun, less than 500 rounds through it. Air reservoir seems to hold pressure overnight. Or should i pull it apart and replace the seals on the reg?

Also, I am getting some weird chrony results toward the end of my shot string. The graph starts around 185 bar, and the peaks start happening slightly under 130 bar. Do you think this is from going off the regulator and could be tuned out? Or is it because it’s a new regulator and needs to be broken in further?

No its not leaking, it is just the atmospheric breather hole for the Belleville washer stack which has excessive factory grease on them.. the grease finds its way out 🙂
If the reg was leaking from either of it O rings it would get a constant leak from that little vent hole.. test it with a spit bubble..

My Cricket 22 STD has that lube oozing out of the same hole also and take about 3 days to reappear. I haven’t changed the factory O-rings in my gun yet and it’s about a year old not and no problem in accuracy and crony results are very good.

On your crony result if your reg is set to about 130 bar I wouldn’t shoot past (below) that. It will begin to use unregulated air and start to use lot of air per shot when it falls off of the regulated setting.

Yes, I wouldn’t fuss with it just yet let it seat in +1000 shot or so your ES and SD should get better.
