I clicked on several videos from the same apparent time and place and after translating them and semi-combining the whole of the video signatures , it seems like he is participating or testifying on behalf of some change to legal amendments on the subject of extremism. Best I could do…

Good Luck Ed, I think Ride is correct. Extremist group association is being looked into by Soviet officials. Finding a translation is difficult, but I was able to uncover a few words. “Toad Suck” for one, If you look very closely there are some supporters in the back round carrying this Image. :hoot: :hoot: :hoot: .
