Is this happening to anyone else?
Pyramyd Air does a LOUSY job of packaging the pellets for shipping. Most times my tins come dented, but this one takes the cake. The pellets don’t appear to be damaged but it still pisses me off that they don’t package things better. These are the 4 tins of EJ .22 Cal I ordered, and this is exactly how they were when I opened the box. 😡 😡

Yes I am with walkonK and email them with a PIc, they will take care of you I would bet… If not email them a hyper link to this thread and let us all know when and if you have too LOL!!! Tackful is usually the better way and maybe it will not get to this last result LOL
As SteveinLA said, keep your receipt as the name of the person that packaged your pellets is usually written on there. I have never had any problems with Pyramyd before, receiving carefully packaged, double-boxed pellets.
I have got to agree with you Harry, that’s a lousy packaging job. Pyramid has treated me well and I do my best to speak well of them for that reason. They are a large organization and that’s how they can give us good deals. Being large has its problems, like being in too much of a hurry to pack something right. However, a good deal is easily spoiled by a lousy packing job.
Sharon, the sales manager, will be on vacation for a week or so starting this Monday, so you may have be patient and wait until she gets back. I am going to e-mail her this thread, (she forwards most of my e-mails to all of her staff). Sharon likes our forum and us as a group. She likes the friendly atmosphere that we maintain here on TAG. I’m sure that she will not like the poor packing job anymore than we do, and will teach someone how to better package small orders. Keep your reciept as there may be information on it that will help her determine who packed your order.

That sucks, did they ship it in the one box?
My last pellet order from Pyramyd was packed well, double boxed. I bought 8 tins of Predator off eBay and one tin was badly dented.
I think my lesson is ship pellets as few times as possible.
I need to place another pellet order we will see what happens.

Harry, do send them a complaint.
Some of the suppliers seal their tins which helps and some don’t. That’s a lot of concentrated weight and you know stuff gets tossed around in shipment,, plus it is expensive to ship,, re weight.
I’ve ordered from several vendors and it is not too uncommon to have a mess or dented tins,, worse condition of pellets suffer.
I was really impressed wih the condition of pellets from Sportsmans Warehouse. I think it has to do with bulk shipping/handling. Course Sportsmans only handles a minimal line of pellets thus far.
