Well I did it….I gave in to the 22xx bug.. I now have a 2260 on the way, so if you’ve got some extra parts laying arround let me know..I haven’t done a big build for myself in a while(cannon excluded) so I’m thinking this will be my bullpup build…Greg

i ordered a set of fiber potic sights that were “instock”
it took me 3 weeks to get em
no replys then lost in mail, then oh wrong address came back to him he would resend after i finally got them they were nice quality and stuff but not worth the aggrivation
I have those fiber optic sights as well. Very nice! It’s a shame that his business sense is not in tune with his design sense. He should have someone else handle that side of the business.

but i cant seem to find plans for it and the guys and I at work are building AK recivers at the moment…but im still pushing for the BB minigun… 😈
I would love to build a milled receiver for my Saiga 12 but doesnt that basically count as the gun itself? You must have a manufactures license? I didnt know anyone in the states was making AK receivers, I thought they were all imported. Start building them for the S12 too ).

Got my blue fork. It took Greg awhile and communication was not there as he failed to answer any of my e-mails. In the end, he sent me my products and even put something extra in the package for my patience.
I had to open up a claim through paypal to finally get a reply from him…and he expressed that he did send my stuff and that it may have gotten lost and he will send it again….the moral to the story is always buy through paypal when available as the money is backed by them.
I do like the trigger frame. It is true that the trigger group is very similar to the Crosman design and I don’t possess a pull gauge to see the difference in weight…but I like the convenience of not loosing safety springs and balls whenever I take it off, I like being able to put any M4 grip on. I’m not sure what the adjustment screw is for. Most likely sear engagement, but I have not messed with it yet. I finally got it on my 22xx carbine. I put it together last night. Will post pics soon as it is complete.
the RIM conversion isnt auto indexing, you need to spin the mag manually so it doesn’t meet the definition of a true repeater

Suddenly this has gotten over my head, Greg to me that looks like an evil crutch for Iron man.
Riverside, yes the Disco is a singleshot, but not if equiped with a RIM, but I am sure you understand that concept more than I, for I have only read Packrats post about the Rim and never seen or held such a conversion.
As for the Bluefork, glad you have more than one, everybody I have heard from is waiting for him to actually send them one, not just for him to say it has been lost in the mail. I would love to have one, it is just that after Mitch, I am too gun shy so to speak, so I continue to look on the Yellow for one.

frankly with your abilities why not go for something a bit more exotic?

another option is to build a .22 based on the Shark semi auto action

I’ve been thinking about using an e-trigger for this project but I had a hell of a time remembering fresh batteries on my paintball gun so I’m still not to shure of going that rout….as far as the msg sticking up too high its not an issue for this build since it will be by my ear. Since this is gonna be a bullpup build from the get go…….but I still think I’m gonna make two different breaches one for single shot full float and one for magazine fed full float….thanks for the resources guys and keep them coming…Greg
Discos are single shots
the Mrod mag breech for the Disco/22XX is the one JRW is bringing out shortly.
My primary issue with the MROD mag is how large it is which eliminates any and all hope of iron sights, something I tend to prefer on a pistol
B&A does offer a .32 caliber breech for the Disco if you were leaning toward a big bore
the only real aftermarket frame is the Blue Fork however the trigger linkage is pretty much an identical arrangement to the Crosman. Have a few of them, they are very nice quality
Another option on the grip frame are some of the custom paint ball lowers but you will be cutting a new radius on the top to take the Crosman tube.
Haven’t finished it but have plans over the winter to build a pistol based around a Falcon Hawk repeating breech and a custom pressure tube with Disco internals and a Blue Fork grip frame. The alloy Falcon mags are nice and low so it can be set up for iron sights

The trigger linkage will be the big thing the 2240 trigger is poor but after market frames seem to solve that problem, I am sure you can also.
And you do not need to limit yourself to small bore either, especially if your making your own breech.

actually i was reading the post on the yellow a guy who is goiwhng into production on the repeating breaches when i decided to submit to this virus and get the 2260 that i saw posted elsewhere..as for going larger cal. thats what the SS is for once i get my new barrel from Jane its getting dedicated to .25 and my .22lr barrel/LDC are gonna get sold off to fun this and more .25 lead….I’m not gonna build this for crazy speed but rather shoot for 850-950fps with 18grn and call it my new back yard gun and the SS will be fitted with that .25 BSA cut down to 16″-18″ with a short LDC and be my go-to killing machine for anything past 30yrds…..so now to go and price a disco breach and mag… 😈

You are allowed to make the receivers if you only make one maybe two a year and DON’T sell them with out a manufacturers license….
