just finished a .25 cal shroud for a 21 1/2″ Barrel machined the core out of one solid piece of aluminum

Hey Yelo what holds you masterpiece baffel in the shroud I see orings thats a nice touch for everything to fit snuggy really nice if only I had some tools I used to were I worked but don’t work there any more shitttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt
I do have a question for you were do you buy your material from nylon,delrin, aluminum bar stock?
Sean has nothing to fear i appreciate the compliments but this is just a hobby for me Sean and some of the other guys on this forum could run circles around me on a lathe or a mill but thanks and look who is talking maker of some mighty fine knives 😀

Some body really knows how to use a lathe and mill!!! 😀 I’ll bet those different spaced baffels will do a great job of breaking up harmonics. I think this is the best looking shroud I’ve seen yet.

Looks to me like the tube slides over the baffles and, the lip at the end of the baffles, keep the tube from being a projectile.:D
