The Tery X stock is made from billit aluminum,pic rails and AR hardware. It adds a great deal of functionality. You can see it on the marauder foruns . From what I know there were only about 30 made. I’d like a similar stock for my HW 100. It came complete with grip and collapsible stock ready to bolt onto my marauder. I hope this helps.
The distance is 25 yards. The scope is a Leupold MK4 8.5-25x with a 50′ focus adapter in leupold rings on a B Square adjustable base .
Thank you all ! I received my Talon last week………..i love it !!! One thing I have found so far that it has a definite preference for the crosman 14 gr Discovery pellets over my old stand by, JSB 18 gr. I can shoot ragged hole 5 shot groups with the crosmans and im lucky to get 2 inches out of the JSBs. I’m quite surprised. I shoot these same pellets out of an Mrod and they will shoot a ragged hole. I’ve read in other forums that they need a clean barrel to shoot well where the crosmans are much more forgiving. Has anyone else experienced this same situation ?
I love the feel and flexibility of the Air Force guns. The Talon seems to be a wonderful blend of my Tery X stocked marauder and so far with crosman discovery pellets, the accuracy of a custom AZ tuned HW100.
Can anyone suggest a regulator that doesn’t add too much length to the spin lok tank ? Does there seem to be a “standard” set up for these guns to get the best accuracy ? I also would like to get a really good moderator for it in the future. I plan to use this gun with a Pulsar N550 I already have for ratting in a very populated area.

After having a terry x stocked marauder and an AZ tuned HW 100 , I appreciate the convienance of the 4500 psi tank as well
As the Hill pump. From what I have read, the talon seems to be all of the best of both of the guns I already own rolled into one. I can’t wait !

If you plan to use a pump, I recommend a Hill pump. If you plan to shoot a lot, forget the pump and go directly to a carbon fiber tank. Have fun!

Where did you order it from? I looked at the reviews for PyramydAir and Airgun Depot and they were terrible. Airforce shows them out of stock so can anyone recommend a reputable retailer to buy a new Talon SS from?
