Q:

Just ordered some parts

“we have good reason not publishing a parts diagram…” What, to infuriate customers, and make ordering parts a hassle? How the fuck am I supposed to know the third trigger part is called a striker release?! AIRFORCE: JUST PUBLISH A GODDAMN PARTS LIST!! I PROMISE NO ONE IS GOING TO COPY YOUR DECADE OLD DESIGN!!

Seems like a lot of hoops to jump through, hope they get it right this time., side though I got my Smooth Twist barrel!

So, another reason that AF should post their parts diagrams for all to see… I finally got my order- not only did they forget to package one item on the list, but they mailed me the wrong trigger and striker release… I specifically ordered “the old version”, but they sent me the new stuff. I called, it was rectified, but then I get an email asking ME to send them a picture to show the difference between the old and new trigger parts… REALLY?! You work there, and can’t figure it out?! So tell me again why it’s such a great idea to not publish parts diagrams?! How easy would it fucking be to look up the part numbers, call AF, and give them the numbers you need, and BAM, you have your parts. Correct parts, every time?! REALLY AF?!

Don’t get me wrong, they’re fixing the error, but damn.

I guess so… What reason… what “really good reason” is there to NOT publish a parts diagram?! It’s difficult trying to describe these parts to someone who really isn’t familiar with the rifle, OTHER THAN HAVING A DAMN PARTS DIAGRAM IN FRONT OF THEM!!! Wouldn’t it make more sense for the customer and the person taking the order to both have the parts diagram?! But, it’s as you say, common sense is not a common virtue….

Isn’t common sense extinct this day and age?
