Well, yeah, I didn’t say it was a “bad” price.
By “gone for good” I mean that they’ve been so scarce and out of stock everywhere for the last six months that even PA has a blurb on their Kodiak page directing the buyer to consider the Barracudas. Now that Midway is having a “closeout” sale on them, it kinda makes it look like they’re not planning on getting any more any time soon.
I could be wrong, but it appears that Beeman either lost their supplier somehow… or otherwise decided to discontinue the Kodiak line.
Buy ’em up, stash them for a year, and then you can sell ’em on the Yellow for three or four times what you paid for them. 😆

$6.99/tin isn’t a “closeout” price, IMO, but at least they’ve got some to sell. It appears that Kodiaks are going away for good for some reason.
