Lathe, etc. Future product with your name

If I have a decent mechanical (CSD) plan for a TSS part (sound suppressor) that would attach on the gun, extending it beyond an 18″ barrel, to be made from aluminum, could\would you make it for me first (shipping costs), then take the design and use it for your future desires after? (your future desires are that I don’t claim anything to them) I’m more than confident you will understand that this design(s) will work for air noise (not meant for just gasses like from a fire arm) better than any so far!
Don’t have it CAD done to this date but good sketches, yes..
