I’m usually right handed with everything….but with rifles and bows,i’m a lefty.

Right handed, right eye dominant, do everything with my right hand..but I have to bat left handed..I can even get close to hitting a ball right handed..
I wonder if that is because so many hitters are right handed… I think they try to stack similar handed hitters to pitchers…

I don’t know about any other advantages lefties have in life but, look at the percentage of left handed pitchers in baseball and compare it to the percentage of lefties in general. It’s truly an advantage there if nowhere else.
I’m a lefty with my right eye my dominant eye. That’s F’d up. I can’t throw a ball worth a damn with my right arm or kick a soccer ball with the right leg either.
I’m a good old fashion righty, but with that said I can shoot pool, pound a nail, shoot a rifle, and a pistol, bowl, beat you in darts, and so on with my left side just as well as with my right, and I blame it all on drinking games 😆

I’m right handed, my brother is wrong handed. It’s funny how often you lefties come in handy on the jobsite. I love buying a new fancy stock or gun thats not ambi and handing it to him. What do ya think bro? I must say he is much better with his right than i am with my left. Forced to learn from living in a right handed world. You poor wrong handed bastards. 😀 😀

Wikepedia claims 90% of the population is right handed, so we are in a small group. I speculate that the reason this poll shows 25% LH, is that more lefties were inclined to open the topic.

I’ve adapted to the right handed world I live in. Adapt and overcome. What I find interesting is that it’s not closer to 50/50, But has almost always been a 2/3 to 3/4 majority of righties.
Air Arms Pro Elite was the only rifle I couldn’t shoot left handed. I forgot to ask and the Dealer didn’t bother telling me about the roll-over cheek.
The PE is long gone. I only buy ambi rifles these days, and I won’t pay extra for a left handed stock, they can keep it, and I’ll shop elsewhere.
