Q:

Lelya bolt o- rings

After wasting hours, ammo and air trying to stop the ” blo back” of my Lelya, finnaly discovered both o-rings on the probe were gone. Not sure how this happens, but it did. My question to the experts here is ” how do both o-ring blo out and what size are they on a .20?

I had that same problem and Keyser (thanks)helped me out which is very simple to adjust blow back and replace rings I need a link for the 22 probe rings if someone has that .I actually used my spare set and the set from r3 until I got it adjusted right . Just needing to get some more spares for back up when those go out. Im loving this little gun and it’s a challenge to keep it out my two sons hands during squirrel season I’m stuck carrying the older Eddie on trips :biggrinn:

Got my O-rings in the mail this morning, so Keyser, your old lelya is back in business. When I first received it, the bolt would blo- back 2 out of three shots. I finally mastered snapping the bolt shut. Around 1000 shots it started blo back every shot. Thats when I started trying to adjust with no luck. So now I have 48 spare orings and the fix is simple.

If the locking mechanism doesn’t fully seat then you can blow both Orings. For the .20 they are 3X1

So here’s how you fix the blowback issue. close the Lelya. Turn the screw until the action begins to open. Then back the screw out until the gap disappears. Then test the action for blowback. If it still pops open a little turn the adjustment screw out a little more and test again. If the blowback has stopped then use blue loctite on the adjustment screw and the blowback will stop. Remember to firmly smack the action closed after cocking.

Oh boy! That sucks. I will check my spares but some one my know off hand.
