Leshiy .177 12 FPE
Hi Guys,
Firstly Happy New Year to All.
Leshiy is finally coming to South Africa… Yay…. :8:
Just wanted to find out what sort of shot count could I expect in cal .177 (set at 12
Also as it will be my primary ratting gun and 12fpe is more than enough for those little rodents. Also as far as scope choices, what do u guys suggest?
Will a Yukon photon XT fit on the leshiy?

I did watch that video and recall Ed saying that he got 40 ish shots but carried on shooting after the regged pressure. He did say he expected more shots from .177 as opposed to the .22 he was shooting. Somehow I expected like 50-60 shots from a small calibre…. I guess 30 shots from that little volume in the resevoir is acceptable.

I got about 30 shots. I turned the regulator clockwise to 4 clock in from original 130 bar at 12 clock and shot Jsb 10.34 at round 760 Fps about 12.9 ft/lb. That’s so easy to tune.

In .177 you will get less shots per fill…..

To reach 12 FPE the smaller .177 caliber needs more air therefore less shots per fill.
But I agree that 30 shots per fill are plenty for that little reservoir if power is not the deciding factor.
