Leshiy tuning tricks
I thought I would start a thread where everyone could share their tunes. The gun can be adjusted by just the HST but to get top shot count you should adjust the regulator to the pellet weight and HST.
I’ll start:
.177 10.34 grain
250mm barrel
290 BAR Fill
Huma regulator
Regulator setting 95 bar
Max HST speed 825
Low 760
45 shots at 770
37 at 805
Best ES at 805

Do they do the Baracuda Match in 5.50 ?
I tried only 5.52. I ordered barracudas 5.50 5.51 5.52. 5.53 let’s see how they work when they arrive to me.
Interesting, did it like the JSB 5.51 or JSB 5.53 or ?
my 250mm barrel did not like jsb (5.52) 18 grains I tried different speeds 220,230,240,250ms. (huma reg 120bar) I need also try H&N Barracuda pellets.
250mm with H&N Barracuda Match 5.52 (21.1grain)
But I can change pellet to JSB 18.1grain.

Got my Leshiy today…
– Gen 2
– Calibre = 0.22
– Pellets = JSB 18.1 Grain
– Barrel = 350mm
– Fill Pressure = 250 Bar
– Human Reg = 110 Bar
– HST = +10 From Min
– FPS = 912
– Shots = 28
– FPE = 34
Silencer/Shroud removed.

Haven’t had much time to play with this, but with JSB Kings (25.4gn) I have 8 shots at 772fps, 4fps ES, from 220bar to 120bar, Huma regulator set at 120bar, 18 or 19 clicks on the hammer. This is the short 250mm barrel. I tried reg settings at 110bar and 115bar, but could only get 740 fps there.

So today I gave a try at the 0.25 250mm barrel…
I did not want to change a lot of things so I left the same reg pressure of 100 bars (just below 100 actually)
I ended up giving two extra clicks on the HST adjuster going to the 18th overall from zero…
I got 16 full power shots from 220bar to 100 bar
790fps with extreme spread of 15fps h&n 19.91 grains
I think I did ok.. 🙂
Try 90 bar in the 177. Set the speed at 830 you’ll be pleased with the shot count
Hi petkyp, I would say as long as you are happy with your tune, leave it there and have fun. If you don’t, someone may just tell you better results are possible and you will give up your already great tune and start all over. That’s not worth it if you are already happy with your results. So my tip is to leave it where it is and go out to do some accuracy tests. See what it can do you know? Good luck!

After some very usefull advice from Wingman this were the results:
Gen2 Leshiy(with new stiffer spring)
Huma reg set at just below 100bar
Jsb 4.52 10.34 gr
HST set at the 16th click from min
I got 19 full power shots before pressure going below the reg
Average velocity 850fps with only 6fps extreme spread
I think I am very satisfied with this… what you think?
Now accuracy wise, I cannot comment since I only have 9 yards in my basement and it was one hole shots from that distance…
What is the pressure range?

It clearly depends on barrel. My short 22 prefers JSB in 5.52 (both versions).
