Lets talk about o-rings
I just ordered a bunch of o-rings from The O-Ring Store, but in hindsight I have some questions.
All of the o-rings I purchased are Buna-N 70’s, which are supposed to be the most commonly used o-ring in hydraulic/pneumatic motors, cylinders, pumps and valves. However, the Buna-N 90’s are listed for high pressure applications.
Should I have bought the 90’s for anything that is used under high pressure, such as the fill probe/regulator/etc?
For the life of me, I couldn’t find 3 x 25.2 o-rings anywhere. I bought 3 x 25.5 and 3 x 25, but again in hindsight, these appear to be in an area of high pressure (part #16 according to the owners manual). Should I continue the search? If so, where can I find them?
I see that there is no listing of the o-ring size for the barrel shroud. Does anyone know what size it is?
I also see that the fill probe o-ring size is not listed in the owners manual. I measured the spares that came with the gun:
1.8 x 4.5

Hooters, sounds like Ole Ernest took care of you. When I got my Vulcan Ernest did a full tune on it and replaced the O-rings with US made ones. Several months after that he sent me O-rings for my Vulcan in a bag. At that time he didn’t have a O-ring kit like he was selling for the Cricket but he may have that kit now. What would we do without Ernest?
