Limited Tophat adjustment on NEW AF tank what is going on???
My buddy was complaining about his new .25 Condor being very inconsistant so I took a look at it and noticed the breech was flopping upon firing and loose against the tophat?
Here is a pic but the new tank has a max adjustment of .089 and the old style valve tank .112 (actually more) can’t understand why the valve thread is maxed out?
Feedback would be really appreciatted.
Thanks
Randy

The tophat is mostly the same. What changed is the delrin seal. The hole for the stem is deeper which makes for a shorter stem with less ajustment. You can fill the hole in the delrin seal with something to jack the stem up about 2 to 3mm and its back to normal range. The new seals also are square instead of tapered which makes less airflow. Hope this helps, Tag
