Loctited shroud

Got my self a .25 Cricket the other day and has tuned it according Ernest videos.
Only 1.8ms spread @ 36 shots! Darn good!

To my concern. I cant unscrew the shroud?!!
Seems to be loctited… Anyone else. Had this problem?
Since the baffles are pressed/glued in the shroud, I don’t know if I dare to heat it with an heatgun?
