Q:

Looking for item or material to make a .75" OD baffle

I want to make some Marauder style baffles to fit inside a 0.75 inner diameter shroud. It does not necessarily need to have the ends closed off like the Marauder baffles as I can mod up something or use washers sandwiched between baffles.

😆 That wold be a little heavey by the time you got enough in there to do any good. 😉

I went to the hardware store and picked up some alu. tubing. Thin copper is easier to find, Get one inch, and split it down the side with a dremel. Cut a second slit down the side so that when you pinch it together, you can make it he size you need to make spacers for your washers. They sell it in the Plumbing area.

Similar process but used a shower curtain rod which is about the thinnest tube as I could fine to save on the volume inside the baffle.
