Looking for scope usage advice. Left handed/Right dom. eye
Ok guys I’ve been hearing/reading that your supposed to keep both eyes open when looking through the scope. How many of you are unfortunate like me, in that your dominate eye and the shoulder you use are on opposite sides of your body? I have a dominate right eye and am so much a lefty it isn’t funny. I’m relatively new to optics anyway. Wanted to see what others do? T.I.A.

With a little bit of concentration I can change my dominant eye. My opthemologist confirms this.
When I was younger I shot right handed but as I got older and more serious about shooting I figured out I was left eye dominant and started shooting left handed and have ever since. It may take some getting use to but it will feel more natural later on if you start shooting right handed.
