Luchard 323 Compressor oil change?

I bought a old French made US Divers Luchard 323 scuba compressor, its very old as I cant find anything in the internet.
Compressor has good compression its running on electrical motor as gas engine was wreaked.
I need to change the oil but don’t know with what ail brand to use in it, also I will need to replace air filter or repackage.
Any one out the know about this compressors please help, your help will be greatly appreciated.
