Machining Baffle Question
Would anyone be willing to drill out two of my sound loc baffles for a .30? I’m not looking to spend too much, but I don’t have a drill press… I’m not even sure what size the hole should be either…

You will be surprised by the result.
Basic concept is sound waves spread like crazy.
Don’t trap or prevent it, just provide multiple channels.
Squeeze n spread, squeeze and spread. I have other
conceived designs but this one is the easiest and costs
meagre.
pl use plastic only. Using metal parts will invites uncomfortable questions from the cops.

Have you ever imagined what you can do with an alu pipe , some cocacola bottle thread and trimmed holed caps.
Its funny but only sound hear is the strange ping and the thud of the hammer .

That’s what I’m hoping for… I’d hate to see clipping with a .30!!
Could they be chucked up in a lathe and bored out that way? Maybe better so as to keep it all perfectly concentric?
